Mok, chef and owner, was born and raised in Singapore – melting
pot of many Asian cultures and crossroads between the East and West,
where food and eating is nothing less than a national obsession.
opened the Wild Ginger in 2002 with the vision of sharing this obsession
and love of the sublime flavors of the food of Asia and beyond with
those who live and travel to the Central Coast, a place she now calls
at the Wild Ginger, our passion is food – and it is all about
the food – from searching for the freshest ingredients from local
farmers and seafood purveyors to remaining true to the regional flavors
that inspire our recipes.
